I'm a qualified yoga teacher trained with the British Wheel of Yoga.  I live in Budleigh Salterton on the beautiful jurassic coast.

I teach yoga to suit all abilities and levels.  All my work is undertaken with integrity, honour and compassion.  I am passionate about yoga and want to share it with others.  I know it can help change lives for the better. My youngest student is 9 (who comes with her Mum) and my oldest is 102 who lives in Shandford Residential home which I visit fortnightly.

You can attend my classes in Budleigh Salterton, East Budleigh, Exmouth and Exeter. I will also visit your home and teach yoga on a one to one basis or with a small group of your friends.
